Set on a full acre of land with extensive landscaping and gorgeous red rock views, this property is perfect for families, multiple families, girls’/guys’ getaways, small events, and wellness retreats.
The home features a spacious cook’s kitchen, fully equipped with both large and small appliances, two living areas—a cozy den and a main living room with a 65” internet-ready TV with Dish Satellite and access to popular streaming apps. Both spaces offer comfortable seating, and we provide a variety of puzzles to enjoy during your downtime.

The 5th bedroom is a separate “Mother-in-Law” suite with a private entrance. It includes a full bathroom, kitchenette, and a 55” flat-panel TV with Apple TV—perfect for guests seeking extra space and privacy.
All of our properties are SUPER stocked with luxury bath amenities and paper products, including Seventh Generation toilet paper, Puffs tissues, Bounty paper towels, dish pods, dish soap, sponges, laundry pods, and dryer sheets.
Just bring what you want to wear and what you want to eat!
Guest pays: Nightly Rent + Departure Cleaning Fee $550 + $138 Damage Protection Fee + 6.5% Yavapai County (0.825%) and State of Arizona (5.5%) Sales and Use Tax. If/When approved a minimum $300 Pet Fee will apply.
Vivid Vacation Rentals has flexible payment options. If you pay by credit card you will be charged an additional 5% credit card processing fee. (For credit card payments, we currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. AMEX is not yet available at this time). If you would like to avoid this fee you can place a Wire Transfer, Send a Check, and/or Venmo us. Contact us for details.
Deposit: 40% due at booking - Balance Due 61 Days prior to arrival. Cancellations made over 31 days prior to stay: Full refund. Within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund (minus service fee). No refund after 14 days from arrival. All times based on property's local time. (Effective April 1, 2024)

Absolutely loved our stay at the enchanted desert oasis! The house was very clean, stocked well, and we just adored the backyard. There’s a lot of different conversation areas throughout the house and backyard, which is great for a large group! Communication was excellent, we really appreciated that! Other than that, it’s a beautiful house with a beautiful backyard, we’ll definitely be back!

Enchanted Desert Oasis was an amazing stay. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Levi was extremely responsive and made our ingress and egress super easy and assisted with all other needs we had. Will definitely plan to come back!

5 stars!! I stayed here for my Bachelorette and had an incredible experience with all my girls. The Airbnb was absolutely gorgeous and we all felt right at home. Levi was extremely responsive and helped with any questions we had. He made our trip so seamless and even the check out process was quick and easy. My only recommendation would be to bring bug spray as all my girls and I got bit from being in the backyard. I would highly recommend staying here!!

Amazing home. Amazing location. We didn't have enough time to take advantage of the wonderful amenities. Thanks to Property Manager David who was 'on point' and responsive to our random questions. We look forward to staying again!

Stayed here for a bachelorette and this home couldn’t have been more perfect for our stay! The location was private and peaceful with breathtaking views. The team was very responsive in answering all questions we had and were very accommodating during our stay. Definitely recommend this stay!

The house was as expected. It was roomy and comfortable. Very clean. Several areas to gather inside and outside. Our group of 8 adults and 2 children and 1 infant was very comfortable. David was quick to respond to questions. He also suggested we could get into the house a little early as they were able to prepare a little sooner than expected. That was good news as we had all been travelling from different areas and arrived at different times. We were there about an hour early and we were able to get right into the house. The yard was very inviting, grass areas, a plunge pool, sitting areas. The weather was HOT, but the house stayed cool. I definitely recommend this house and will consider staying here again if we are back in the area.

The house was absolutely perfect for a girls trip to Sedona. We rented a car which was nice to be able to drive to the trail heads and into Sedona. The house was big enough to sleep 7 girls comfortably. Levi and Vivid were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive and helpful before and during our trip. I would definitely stay at this house again or any property hosted by Vivid.
It was a great location for a friends reunion and very close to the center of Sedona.

Such a wonderful property for my family of 8. The backyard is a true oasis that you could spend all day in. The service/management from Levi made us feel like VIP's. I couldn't ask for anything more!
